CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 12 hours, as well as no-shows, will incur a 20% fee of the total service cost, which will be charged to the card on file. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and commitment to each guest.
